The business CBR - Regenerative Drinks Company
CBR is a regenerative beverage company, based in the municipality of Antonio Carlos - SC and serves Florianópolis market and region. Regeneration for CBR is to sow a new perspective at the world, cultivate relationships that will allow new paths and choices and protect the planet, so that we can reap a vibrant and abundant future. To enhance the advancement of agroforestry systems in Brazil and face the climate challenges we are experiencing today, we need market driven climate solutions that educate consumers to seek products of healthy origin for themselves and for the planet, and that absorb the production of organic and agroforestry suppliers. CBR offers the market two brands of Kombucha, Wayta and Bhagavan. Kombucha is a fermented beverage consisting of a sweetened green tea base, which is in contact with a symbiotic bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) colony. This colony then breaks down the sugars and other substances present in the tea, transforming it into a naturally carbonated drink full of vitamins and acids that are beneficial for our body.

The startup that will be installed in Manaus - AM in 2023 will offer production, research and development infrastructure, insight and strategy consulting and a digital platform to connect foodtechs and companies related to the food industry that want to be part of this hub throughout the world. Ekuia's mission is to build a favorable ecosystem for the development of the new generation of startups that will change the way we eat and transform the economy of the Amazon.
